Randomness

Well its been about a week since I have last blogged so here is some randomness from the last week.

Nathan started back to school this week and normalcy returned to our home. Today I subbed in Nathan's 5th grade class.. an excellent group I must say it was fun to "work" today. My favorite part of Friday is going out for supper (did I mention I'm really hungry right now?)

Yesterday, Noah and I had a play date at the park. I do not like AZ in the summer but you cannot top the weather have had this week 60-65 and sunny every day!! Perfect for a picnic at the park!

It was fun to get back into school with Noah and bump up the expectations and the work for the guy. He didn't think so, but I did. We are making a paper mache globe so he can learn the oceans and continents. The paper mache part is done next week the painting and labeling : ) he is also going to start writing stories. I love the "creative spelling" Kinders and 1st graders use... so stinking cute!

I have been busy with church and getting creative with scripts and props for Children's ministry. Creative like thinking outside the box and resourceful as in keep the price down : )

Oh and Paul and I watched "there's something about Mary" last night. Neither of us had seen it before-- I know it's an old one... but it was pretty funny. Of course, we watched it late AFTER the BCS championship game. (which wasn't much of a championship game since UTAH was the only undefeated team!!!)

All right, maybe next time there will be more deep thoughts like how to meditate biblically or my view on the tax credit/ new jobs/ bail out issues
